【摘要】 现行高校学生组织运行模式出现了许多弊端,原因是具有双重代理关系的共青团组织和学生组织的角色都发生了变异。构建高校学生组织新模式必须强化自治意识,建立“咨询、指导、帮助”为一体的学生组织运行模式,并明确学生组织的功能定位。同时需要建立起以民主决策机制、动力激励机制、信息沟通机制、多重约束机制来保障学生组织自治模式的运行。更多还原
