【Abstract】 Nowadays,with the college expansion in China,employment after graduation is standing out increasingly,meanwhile,the voice of over-education in higher education arises in the academic circle.With the analysis on the basis of culture,this article points out that the over-education in higher education in China is just a superficies and a feint,which comes from cultural conflict and at last provides a few pieces of advice on countermeasures.更多还原
