【摘要】 目的:评价Twinblock联合2×4技术早期矫治安氏II2错牙合的疗效。方法:18例安氏II2患者采用Twinblock联合2×4技术进行矫治,并对矫治前后数据进行头影测量分析。结果:上颌中切牙轴倾度、ANB角,后牙牙槽高度,矫治前后有显著性差异。结论:Twinblock联合2×4技术对早期矫治安氏II2类错牙合有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Twinblock combined with 2×4 appliance on early treatment of Angle’s class two division one cases. Methods Eighteen Angle’s class II division II cases were treated with Twinblock combined with 2×4 appliance. The data of all cases were treated with cephalometric analvisis before and after orthodontic treatment. Results The anterior axias of central incisors、 ANB angle、 height of anterior and posterior alveolar showed significant different before and after treatment. Conclusion All findings indicate that twinblock appliance combined with 2×4 appliance has good effects on early treatment of Angle’s class two division one cases.更多还原
