【摘要】 目的:探寻应用于皮肤移植术的简单、有效的麻醉方法。方法:对56例行皮片移植术或皮瓣转移术的患者采用肿胀技术。肿胀麻醉液按利多卡因400mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液400ml+5%碳酸氢钠10ml+肾上腺素0.5mg配制。结果:麻醉效果满意、出血少、无额外并发症产生。结论:在皮肤移植术中应用肿胀技术是安全、有效、简便可行、值得推荐的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinic effect of tumescent technique for skin grafting. Methods Skin grafting were performed on 56 patients under tumescent technique. The tumescent anaesthetic contain 400mg lidocaine,400ml normal saline,10ml 5% NaHCO3 and 0.5mg adnephrin. Results There is satisfactory analgesia,little blood loss and no more complication. Conclusion The tumescent anaesthesia is simple and effective for skin grafting.更多还原
