火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定动物血及组织中的痕量银

【摘要】 目的:利用火焰原子吸收光谱法,建立测定动物组织及全血中痕量银的方法。方法:采用湿法消化和干法消化两种方法处理生物样品。结果:湿法消化的回收率为92.7%~104.4%,比干法消化稳定、准确。用湿法消化肝脏,平行8次测定痕量银,其标准偏差为0.16,变异系数为1.4%。比较标准曲线法和标准加入法的测定结果,发现两种方法的结果均在总体范围内,说明生物样品中的其它离子对测定基本无干扰。结论:火焰原子吸收法结合湿法消化可广泛用于生物样品中痕量银的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective A simple, rapid method was described for determining trace silver in tissue and whole blood samples of SD-rats by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Methods Wet ashing and dry ashing were used to digest the tissues and blood. Results The recovery efficiency of wet ashing was more satisfactory, which was ranging from 92.7% to 104.4%. The standard deviation of 0.16 and CV of 1.4% were obtained for 8 successive determination of liver. The results of the calibration curves of standard silver and standard addition method showed that other ions would not interfere with the determination. Conclusion FAAS was satisfied to determine trace silver in tissues and whole blood samples.
