【摘要】 目的:观察中药联合斯奇康注射液治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法:采用中医辨证,同时应用斯奇康注射液1ml,肌肉注射,每周二次,治疗3个疗程;同时和单用斯奇康注射液对照组进行疗效对比。结果:中西医结合组32例患者,痊愈22例,显效7例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为90.63%;对照组31例患者,痊愈10例,显效6例,有效4例,无效11例,总有效率51.61%。两组经χ2检验,痊愈病例比较χ2=6.99,P<0.01;总有效病例比较χ2=5.08,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:中药联合斯奇康注射液治疗斑秃疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on the aleopecia areata by combining the Chinese traditional medicine with injection Siqikan. Methods Adopt the dialectical methods of Chinese traditional medicine by taking heated and purified herbs, once per day, simultaneously applying the immunogulation method by injecting Siqikan(BCG Polysaccharides Nucleic Acid)1ml,intramuscularly, twice a week, one month for a course and totally,3 courses. Finally, compare the results with using single immunogulation method. Results In the group by using the novel combined methods, 22 out of 32 patients were fully recovered, with very effectively in 7, effectively in 2, non-effectively in 1 and the total effective rate was 90.63%. However, in the contrast group, only 10 out of 31 patients were fully recovered, with very effectively in 6, effectively in 4, non-effectively in 11 and the total effective rate was 51.61%. χ2 Verification has been done between two groups showing that for the fully recovered cases χ2 =6.99,P<0.01 and for the total effective cases χ2 =5.08,P<0.05. An apparent difference in the therapeutic effect can be seen between two groups. Conclusion The proposed therapeutic method on treating the aleopecia areata by combining the traditional Chinese medicine with injection Siqikan is significantly better than the using single injection Siqikan.更多还原
