【摘要】 目的:寻求一种直观的耳支架雕刻方法,以期达到形态逼真的再造耳廓。方法:采用随机方法分成两组病例,一组用传统的胶片雕刻法,另一组用反求建模雕刻法,并作对比。反求建模雕刻法主要是应用倒模材料利用反求技术建立耳支架模型,指导自体肋软骨耳支架的雕刻。结果:随访3个月至18个月,对照组耳廓略显臃肿,耳甲腔不够深。反求建模法再造的耳廓细微结构清晰,与目标耳基本接近,手术时间节省约40min。结论:利用个性化反求建模技术使自体肋软骨耳支架的雕刻有了客观的标准和尺寸,用其指导完成的耳再造,耳廓具有不臃肿、形态逼真、立体感强等优点;用作组织代用品的研制具有无需投入大型设备,取材容易、操作简单、应用领域广泛等优点,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To look for a kind of a direct method to carve auricle to achieve the clearly form in the reconstruction auricle. Methods Random to divided into two cases, one was to carve by the film, the other was by the technique of turn against to build personality standard. And contrast of them. The main method was using the mould materialsan and tofound the model of auricle with the technique of turn against to build personality standard. And than, we used the model to guide to carve the auricle with the body costal cartilage. And applied in clinical and the manufacture of the substitute of tissue. Results After 3~18 months follow-up, the comparing auricle showed fatand clumsy, the cavum conchae was not enoung deep. The new method showed that the auricle were showing the clarity tiny stucture and near like the target auricle. A surgical operation time saves roughly 40 minutes. Conclusion To utilize tofound the modelof auricle with the technique of turn against to build personality standard give a objective standard and size in guide to carve the auricle with the body costal cartilage, using its leading completing, the reconstruction auricle show the clearly form,bette three-dimensional.And have a merit of easy to make the materials,very simple to operate and have a extensive application.To be worthing to expansion application更多还原
