【摘要】 目的:在分子水平探讨芦荟凝胶治疗大鼠Ⅱ度放射性皮炎发生的机制。方法:首先建立SD大鼠裸露背部10%Ⅱ度放射性皮炎模型,随机分成两组,对照组为自然愈合组,实验组为芦荟外涂组,实验组每日进行鲜芦荟凝胶对辐射伤口区的外涂,每日两次。辐射伤后2,6,10,18,24,34天各活杀大鼠10只,每组各5只。采用免疫组织化学方法并利用图像分析技术,分别记录肉芽组织均数,创面愈合率及伤口局部EGF的表达量。结果:实验组表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达总体均数高于对照组的表达,P<0.05,差异有显著意义,以中期明显。实验组肉芽组织均数,创面愈合率较对照组高。两组间差异有显著性。结论:芦荟凝胶对大鼠Ⅱ度放射性皮炎有治疗作用,机理与EGF分泌的促进相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the aloe gel healing the appear of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction in rats in molecular level.Methods The rats models of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction was established first.The rats were divided at random into 2 groups,with the normal healing group as the control group,aloe gel was used on the radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction of rats as the experimental group.At second.6th.10th.18th.24th.34th day post-injury,the protein of EGF was stained immunohistochemistry and analysis.The wound healing rate and the granulation tissue rate were measured also.Results ① Expression of EGF: The total expression of EGF in experimental groups was significantly higher than that of control groups(P<0.05).So did at middle stage of the wound healing.②The granulation tissue rate: The granulation tissue rate of experimental groups were higher than that of control groups,but there was significant different between the two group only at 10th day.③The wound healing rate: The wound healing rate of experiment group were higher significantly than that of the control group at 10th day and 18th day(P<0.05).At the 24th day post-injury,there is significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion ①The aloe gel could accelerate the expression of EGF of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction.The significant expression was at middle stage of the wound healing.②The aloe gel can control the healing of radioactive dermatitis vesicular reaction.更多还原
