【摘要】 目的:对部分西安地区汉族骨性III类长短面型青年进行颅面部软组织的三维测量,将该年龄组的颅面部各器官之间的三维测量值及比例指数在长短面型之间进行对比研究,为临床诊断和制定治疗计划提供更可靠的依据。方法:采用Farkas的颅面部软组织表面测量方法,对西安地区骨性III类长短面型患者进行54项测量。结果:通过对部分西安地区汉族骨性III类长短面型患者进行颅面部软组织的三维测量发现:①骨性III类长面型相对于短面型下颌角较大(137.9°>117.8°,P<0.01)。②骨性III类长面型相对于短面型下颌宽较窄,前全面高、前下面高均较大(P<0.01)。结论:西安地区骨性III类长短面型青年之间不仅面高比不同,颅面部软组织的其他三维测量值及比例指数也存在着较明显的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This investigation is to compare the soft tissue three-dimensional values and proportional indices of young adults in Xi′an Area between long and short facial forms with skeletal classIII by Farkas′craniofacial measurement method.It′s result would become a basical study for three-dimensional soft tissue of abnormal facial forms. Methods 120 young people with skeletal ClassIII long and short facial forms were selected.They were all born and grown up in Xi′an. All the objects received 54 anthropometric items by Farkas′craniofacial measurement method. Proportion index of long and short facial forms were calculated respectively, and t-test and Pearson correlative analysis were maked between people of long and short facial forms. Results ①The long facial forms of skeletal classIII had larger soft tissue gonial angle than the short ones.②The long facial forms of skeletal classIII had more narrow width of mandibular,all anterior facial height and anterior lower facial height were both larger than short ones(P<0.01). Conclusion Both the facial height ratios and the other soft tissue three-dimensional values of young people with skeletal class III have many different characteristics.更多还原
