直燃机冷却水变流量运行的可行性研究

【摘要】 直燃式溴化锂吸收式冷热水机组冷却水系统耗能占机组总能耗的60%以上,而部分负荷时冷却水供、回水温差仅为1~2℃。分析了冷却水变流量运行的可行性,冷却水变流量运行可降低溶液结晶和冷剂水受污染的可能性。在采用冷却水变流量运行时,应通过改进能量控制系统避免天然气燃烧量的增加。

【Abstract】 The energy consumption of cooling water system of direct-fired lithium bromide absorption-type water chiller-heater unit accounts for over 60% of total energy consumption of the unit while the temperature difference between supply and return cooling water at partial load is only 1 ℃ to 2 ℃.The feasibility of the operation with variable cooling water flow rate is analyzed,and the possibility of solution crystallization and cooling water pollution can be reduced by the operation with variable cooling water flow rate.During the operation with variable cooling water flow rate,the increase of fired natural gas volume shall be avoided by improving energy control system.
