偏凸-柱穗山羊草多倍双二倍体SDAU18的鉴定

【摘要】 利用偏凸山羊草和柱穗山羊草杂交人工合成了多倍多倍双二倍体SDAU18,并对SDAU18及其双亲的细胞学及主要性状特点进行了鉴定。结果表明,偏凸山羊草和柱穗山羊草的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ(PMCMI)的染色体构型均为14Ⅱ;SDAU18的根尖细胞(RTC)染色体数目为2n=56,PMCMI的染色体构型基本上为28Ⅱ,是一个偏凸山羊草和柱穗山羊草的完全多倍多倍双二倍体;SDAU18在株高、穗长、每穗小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重等方面都优于其双亲,且对白粉病、条锈病表现免疫。

【Abstract】 An amphiploid (SDAU18) was artificially synthesized by crossing Ae.ventricosa and Ae.cylindrica, then the identification on cytologic characteristics and main agronomic traits of SDAU18 and its parents (Aegilops ventricosa and Aegilops cylindrica) was carried out. The results showed that the chromosome configurations of Aegilops ventricosa and Aegilops cylindrica at PMC MI were both 14Ⅱ,and that of SDAU18 at PMC MI was basically 28Ⅱ, the number of RTC chromosomes was 56. Thereby, SDAU18 can be judged as a full amphiloid of Ae.ventricoas and Ae.cylindrical by the cytologic analysis. Furthermore, SDAU18 was better in many characters than its parents, such as plant height, ear length, seed weight, the number of spikelet and the number of seeds per ear. In addition, it was immune to powdery mildew and stripe rust.
