基于光谱吸收原理的光纤甲烷传感器检测方法研究
The Research of Detection Method of Optic Fiber Methane Sensor Based on Spectrum Absorption Principle
【摘要】 提出了一种基于光谱吸收原理的光纤甲烷传感器的检测方法,建立了差分检测技术的数学模型,利用差分吸收法消除了光源不稳定及光电器件的热零点漂移、零点漂移对测量准确度的影响。实验结果表明基于光谱吸收原理的光纤甲烷传感器系统性能较为稳定、灵敏度较高、测量范围宽、重复性较好,适合于检测煤矿井下瓦斯含量。
【Abstract】 A new detection method based on spectrum absorption principle of optic fiber methane sensor was presented,the mathematical model of differential measurement of gas concentration was built up.In order to eliminate the influence of instability of the source,thermal zero shift and zero shift of photoelectric device on the precision,the differential absorption was used.The experimental results showed that the methane sensor based on spectrum absorption principle has a steady performance,a high sensitivity,a wide measurement range,a good repeatability,it is fit for detecting gas concentration in mine.
