防爆液压提升机制动系统可靠性仿真
Reliability Emulation of Brake System on Explosion-proof Hydraulic Lift
【摘要】 通过对防爆液压提升机制动系统进行可靠性分析,探讨提高其可靠性的途径,进而提高提升机的工作可靠性。运用计算机随机模拟方法对其进行可靠仿真,得到制动系统的各项可靠性指标。仿真结果表明,工作油液污染是制动系统发生故障的主要原因,而提高滤油器的精度和加强对油液污染的检测,则可降低油液污染所带来的危害。
【Abstract】 Carrying on reliability analysis to brake system of explosion-proof hydraulic lift and exploring the way of improving its reliability in order to enhance hydraulic lift working reliability.Running reliability emulation to use the computer stochastic simulation method to obtain brake system each reliability index.The simulation result indicated that the oil pollution is the main reason of brake system.Enhancing oil filter precision and strengthening measuring on oil pollution may reduce harm which the oil pollution brings.
