【Abstract】 Nodular cast iron has good compositive mechanical properties,however, its cast quality is unstable.By designing rational cast technics and adding alloy element Cu,the matrix structure of nodular cast iron can be thinned and stabilized.Furthermore,some defects,such as shrinkage cavity,shrinkage porosity and cinder inclusion can be reduced.Through normalizing,can get high strength pearlite nodular cast iron matrix structure and then quenching crack appearing on surface of nodular cast iron crankshaft and burning can be avoided.更多还原
