基于单神经元控制器的异步电动机矢量控制

【摘要】 针对PID控制在提高异步电动机调速性能存在的瓶颈问题,本文提出了一种基于单神经元控制器的异步电动机的矢量控制方法。在分析单神经元控制器基本工作原理的基础上,采用梯度下降法与变步长法相结合的控制算法,并利用MATLAB软件建立神经元控制器与异步电动机调速系统的仿真模型,在计算机上进行了仿真和在笼型异步电动机上进行了应用实验。仿真与实验表明,单神经元控制器具有良好的自适应能力,可以改善调速系统的动态与静态性能,提高异步电动机跟踪能力,具有工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 In view of the bottleneck problem existed in improving speed regulating performance of asynchronous motor by PID control,a method of vector control of asynchronous motor based on single neuron controller is proposed in this paper.On the basis of analyzing the basic operating principle of single neuron controller,the control algorithm combining gradient descent method with changing step method is adopted.MATLAB software is also utilized to set up simulation models of neuron controller and speed regulating system of asynchronous motor.Simulation is carried out on computer and the applied experiment is carried out on cage asynchronous motor.The simulation and experiment indicate that the single neuron controller with good self-adaptive capability can improve the dynamic and static performance of speed regulating system and enhance the tracing ability of asynchronous motor,which has applicable value in engineering.
