两缺口冲切模设计
Design of Punching and Cutting Die with Two-Gap
【摘要】 通过对生产中冲切两道缺口工序的分析,将两处冲切缺口的轮廓优化成了一道冲切轮廓,并设计了一副简单模具,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
【Abstract】 By analyzing punching and cutting two-gap procedures during processing, the profile of two punching and cutting gaps are optimized into one punching and cutting profile, and a simple die is designed, as the result, the working intension of workers is reduced, and the working efficiency gets improved.
