Reactive molding module function of Moldflow software was applied to make CAE analysis on the forming of thermoset plastic loop framework.The influencing factors such as temperature of mould and melt,injection time and rate,dwell time and pressure,etc.were discussed.Also the measures to improve the air exhaust and to solve the non equilibrium problems of sprue-runner system were proposed.
