双层料贴紧的180°弯曲成形工艺与模具设计
Forming technique and design of die for 180°bending of pressed double sheets
【摘要】 针对冰箱上、下前梁零件旋转弯曲后双层料贴不紧问题进行了成形缺陷分析,提出了解决方案,并介绍了改进后的模具结构,对同类成形件模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 Defect analysis was made on the non-pressed problem between fridge upper and under beam parts after rotation bending.Improved die structure and measures were put forward and it can serve as references to the development of similar components.
