【摘要】 针对煤气表计量室这一热塑性材料复杂塑件,设计了相应的注射模。参考塑件材料的特性及成型工艺参数,对塑件结构及成型工艺进行了分析,拟订了设计方案。再参考模具各部分结构的设计依据,对模具结构进行了大体设计和校核。在设计过程中,重点放在成型滑块的结构设计上。由于塑件结构复杂,设计时注意了点浇口的使用和相应三板式注射模的特点,并采用了自动脱料装置,以利于浇注系统凝料的取出。更多还原
