内置圆环槽结构的二步抽芯法
Two-step core-pulling method for shaping component with internal annular groove
【摘要】 介绍了成型内置圆环槽结构制品的二步抽芯方法。论述了该抽芯机构的工作过程和主要结构零件的设计要点,可供同类形状制品的成型模具参考。
【Abstract】 The method of two-step core-pulling in forming the component with internal annular groove was introduced.The operating principle of this core-pulling mechanism and the key points in deˉsigning the main constructional details were analyzed.It can serve as reference for the design of mould for producing parts with similar shapes.
