CAD技术在汽车风扇注射模设计中的应用
Application of CAD Technology in the Design of the Injection Mould for Automobile Fanner
【摘要】 塑料制品及其模具设计是一个非常复杂的过程,传统的模具设计方法已经很难满足发展的需求,因此,注射模CAD技术在塑料模具设计过程中的地位越来越重要。现结合汽车风扇的注射模设计,研究了带有复杂曲面塑件的分型面创建和模具分割方法,实现了注射模CAD技术在风扇类制品模具设计中的应用。
【Abstract】 Design of the mould for plastic parts was a complex process.The conventional design procedures could hardly meet the needs of further progress,so CAD technology was playing more and more important roles in this field.The determination of parting surface and the partition of mould for automobile fanner with complex curved surface was analyzed and the application of CAD technology in injection mould design of fanner series products was realized.
