【Abstract】 On the basis of the analysis of cold extrusion process for the duralumin drive wheel,the scheme,the drawing and the blank dimension of cold extrusion were worked out.The extrusion pressure was calculated and the deformation extent of the part in cold extrusion was checked.The treatment specification of workblank before cold extrusion was drawn up,and the die structure was introduced as well.更多还原
