【Abstract】 In small-scale and multi-species production environment,the traditional Shewhart control chart which is used in monitoring the production quality existes problems like large sample volume required,low reliability of the parameters in the relative empirical distribution function.A new method called direct control chart is introduced in this paper with the implementation and statistical explanation in details is presented.In the quality control experiment under small-scale wool sliver production,it is proved that compared with old method,the new one has many advantages like smaller probability on misjudgments,simple and directly in use,small sample volume required,facilitates online control,and has better tracing ability in the manufacturing process.The direct control chart method is suitable for the real-time online quality control in small-scale production.更多还原
