缆型纺与传统纺单纱物理性能的比较

【摘要】 文章测试了用各种规格的沟槽罗拉纺制不同线密度的缆型纺单纱以及相同条件下纺制的常规环锭纺单纱的性能。通过对比,分析了不同规格的沟槽罗拉对纱线条干、断裂强力、断裂伸长、毛羽、耐磨等性能的影响,探讨了缆型纺单纱性能优越的原因。实验结果表明,连续式沟槽罗拉对纱线的毛羽、间断式沟槽罗拉对纱线的耐磨性影响显著。缆型纺纱线独特的加捻机理改变了纱线的结构和性能,纱线毛羽较少、耐磨性好、强力较高,单纱可织造性显著提高。

【Abstract】 Cable-spun yarn and traditional spinning single yarn of different linear-density were spun by adopting the groovy roolers of different specification and same specification.In this paper,it had analyzed respectively the infuences on eveness,breaking strength,breaking extension,hairiness and friction resistance of various specification groovy roolers through many experiments.The results showed that successive groovy roolers can dramatically reduce yarn hairiness and intervallic groovy roolers can obviously improve yarn friction resistance.Its unique twisting principle of cablespun changed its structure and characteristics.Cable-spun changed its structure and characteristics.Cable-spun yarn had few hairiness,good friction resistance and high strength,which greatly improve the weavabitity of single yarn.
