【摘要】 有机硅类柔软剂因其特殊的无身骨、柔软手感而被纺织工业广泛应用,但由于其乳液本身为一种相对平衡的体系,当环境稍有变化时极易出现破乳、漂油现象,给使用厂家造成麻烦,同时也限制了其应用领域。文章对耐高温防破乳有机硅柔软剂的开发背景、性能、应用实验以及使用新工艺进行了介绍,从实验结果得出如下结论:耐高温柔软剂具有防粘缸、防破乳、防漂油和耐高温的特点,能有效的改善常规有机硅柔软剂的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 The silicone softener is widely used in textile production because of its excellent soft handle.But the silicone emulsion is a relative equilibrium system and its stability will be destroyed by a bit of change of its ambient,which will cause great trouble to the factory and restrict its application.This paper introduces the researching background,its properties,applying test and process.The results show that the high-temperature resistant silicone softener has the properties of no-staining the trough or roller,no-floating oil,high-temperature and demulsification resistant.As a new product,silicone softener will make up the shortcomings of the normal softeners.更多还原
