【摘要】 讨论了不同范围纱支的毛纱对轻薄毛纺面料产品风格、服用性能方面的影响,分析认为纱支过高对原料成本、生产成本、质量和管理成本会产生负面影响。为使原料资源得到合理的利用,同时满足消费者多元化及多样化的需求,提出了精梳毛纺织产品既要符合毛纺面料轻薄化发展趋势,纱线支数又应控制在合理的范围之内,同时提出了精梳毛纺产品应该向多样化发展的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Different yarn count can affect the properties and cost of the worsted fabrics.The study indicate that the high count yarn can directly increase the material cost,processing cost,quality controlling cost.Furthermore,some fabric performances are also negatively affected.In order to satisfy the demand uses and individuals,various different characteristic products should be produced.This paper suggested that the worsted fabrics not only should be meet the tendency of light and thin,but also noticed the various characteristic fabric.更多还原
