毛针织服装的纳米自清洁整理
Research and development of self-cleaning wool knitting fabrics with nanometer material
【摘要】 文章深入研究了纳米材料的光催化自清洁特性,开发研制出一种复合纳米自清洁整理剂,同时总结了适合于毛针织企业实际生产的整理工艺方法。该整理剂对有机油污具有明显的自清洁效果,特别适用于不宜经常洗涤或洗涤要求较高的高档毛针织服装。实验表明,整理后的毛针织服装在保持原有性能的同时,具有较强的自清洁功能。对自清洁毛针织服装的基础研究和应用开发研究具有重要的理论指导意义和实际意义。
【Abstract】 The self-cleaning characteristic of nanometer material was researched in the paper.A kind of compound nanometer finishing agent was exploited and developed too.At the same time,finishing technical theory and process which suited for production was summarized.This finishing agent put up better self-cleaning effect to organic oil blot.It was especially suit for top grade sweater which was inadvisable washing or the higher washing request.Test result showed that the finished wool kniting garment had better function of self-cleaning while keeping its original properties.The basic research,high-tech research and application development had important academic and practical significance.
