【摘要】 近年来,毛纺织产品的轻薄化、花色多样化、新潮化已成为发展的必然趋势。精纺粗花呢的生产满足了人们求新、求异的需求,是传统粗花呢的换代产品。精纺粗花呢兼有精纺和粗纺产品的双重特点,呢面丰满且轻盈,但精纺粗花呢由于其结构松、紧度小等特点,易产生起毛起球现象,从而影响到织物的外观及手感等服用性能。为此文章从纤维特性、纱线结构、组织结构及后整理等方面,详细阐述了精纺粗花呢起毛起球的原因,在此基础上提出了改善的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wool fabric becomes thin,diversiform and fashionable.The new product,worsted slub woollen fabric has met the tidal current.It has replaced the traditional slub woollen fabric.Worsted slub woollen fabric has the diploid characteristic of worsted woollen fabric and slub woollen fabric.It is full and light.It is easy to arose fuzz ball because of the incompact structure,Base of the wool performance,yarn structure,and finishing,it analyzed the reasons of fuzz ball and gived some advises to improve the quality.更多还原
