棉纺牵伸系统的技术进步(下)

【摘要】 阐述了环锭棉纺牵伸系统的牵伸形式、加压机构、牵伸元件及牵伸传动的技术发展状况。牵伸形式以有效控制纤维、减少浮游区长度、稳定牵伸为目的,并条由简单直线牵伸发展到附加压力棒曲线牵伸,粗纱由曲线牵伸、三罗拉双短胶圈牵伸发展到四罗拉双短胶圈牵伸,细纱现采用三罗拉长短胶圈牵伸、三罗拉双短胶圈牵伸及V形牵伸。牵伸加压机构由摇架加压向气动加压发展。罗拉、胶辊、胶圈等牵伸元件的纺纱性能也得到改善,适应新型牵伸形式和工艺的要求。牵伸传动向着传动合理、平稳、轻快及维护方便发展,出现电子牵伸系统。

【Abstract】 Technology development of draft form,pressure mechanism,draft element and draft driving of cotton ring spinning draft system were introduced.The object of draft form is controlling fibers effectively,reducing floating zone length,drafting stably.Straight draft is changed to additional pressure bar draft in drawing process.Curve draft and three-roller double short apron draft in roving process changed to four roller double short apron draft.Three-roller long short apron draft,three-roller double short apron draft and V shape draft were adopted in spinning process.Draft pressure mechanism develops from saddle weighting to pneumatic weighting.Spinning property of draft element such as roller,top roller,apron and so on were improved to reach the demands of new type draft form and processing.Development of draft driving is reasonably, stably,quickly and easy maintenance,electronic draft system is generated.
