【摘要】 为使CJ 5.8 tex×2巴里纱产品的顺利生产,采用长绒棉纺制了CJ 5.8 tex×2股线。由于CJ 5.8tex单纱和CJ 5.8 tex×2股线的捻度配置大,且单纱与股线采用同向加捻,平衡性差、捻缩较大,采用“两次定捻法”,确保定捻效率达到75%以上,为分条整经和剑杆织机织造提供了先决条件,使织机的效率达到95%以上,下机一等品率达到98.7%,取得了较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To product CJ 5.8 tex×2 voile,CJ 5.8 tex×2 folded yarn was spun with long-staple cotton.For the big twist configuration of CJ 5.8 tex single yarn and CJ5.8 tex×2 folded yarn,and the same direction twist,worse balance and big twist take-up decide twice twist setting method.Twist setting efficiency can reach above 75%,it provide the condition for indirect warping and rapier loom weaving,loom efficiency can reach 95%,first grade rate can reach 98.7%,and better effect can be got.更多还原
