【摘要】 为了消除在喷气织机上生产双纬织物时,产生的缺纬纬缩和扭结纬缩织疵,分析了纬缩的形成原因,提出减少纬缩的措施有:原纱要控制好毛羽、单纱强力;织前准备要保证浆轴张力均匀、毛羽贴伏;织造的技术关键是要保证两根单纱张力一致、上机工艺合理、气压设置适当,并减少纬纱在储纬器上的预卷绕圈数。更多还原

【Abstract】 To eliminate missing weft kinky weft and entanglement kinky weft in producing double weft fabric in air-jet loom,the generating reasons of kinky weft were analyzed,the measures to reduce kinky weft are controlling hairiness and single yarn strength in raw yarn,guaranteeing size beam evenness tension and hairiness cover in weaving preparation,guaranteeing the tension of two single yarn equally,reasonable processing and reasonable air pressure and reducing the turns numbers of pre-winding of weft in weft accumulator in weaving.更多还原
