【Abstract】 To develop high quality bamboo polyester fine count elastic fabric,processing of each process in weaving were researched according to the fiber specialty.The processing parameters were optimized,and smaller tension were adopted in winding,warping and weaving process.Heavier squeezing pressure and delaminating predrying were adopted in sizing process,bigger opening and lower back beam were adopted in weaving process to enhance weaving efficiency above 90%,the fabric has the specialty of clear,absorbency permeability,better wearing characteristics,better strength,better elastic and better shape-retention.更多还原
