镀镍钢丝圈耐磨性能的研究

【摘要】 为探寻国产钢丝圈使用寿命短的原因,缩短与国际先进水平的差距。对国产主流产品电镀镍钢丝圈和国际先进水平的同类产品进行了对比分析。结果表明:国产镀镍钢丝圈早期磨损失效的主要原因是镀镍层薄过早剥落,未能发挥出应有的减磨效能;而表面粗糙使走熟期偏长、稳定期极短是毛羽纱多的主要原因。通过工艺试验提出了改进镀前抛光工艺、降低钢丝圈镀前表面粗糙度、增强镀层与基体结合强度是提高钢丝圈耐磨寿命的有效途径。

【Abstract】 To find the reasons for shorter service life of domestic ring traveler and shorten the distance between domestic level and advanced level, domestic main product of nickel electroplating ring traveler and the advanced product were compared.The result shows that the main reason for early abrasion and failure is the thin nickel plating layer peeling off earlier,and it can not exert the abrasion-proof effect,and the main reason for more hairiness yarn is longer adaptive time and shorter stable time which brings by the rough surface. The effective measure such as improving polishing processing before plating,reducing surface roughness before plating,increasing bonding strength of plating and matrix to enhance ring traveler service lift were proposed through processing test.
