【Abstract】 To avoid the product defects of profile fiber,online profile fiber checking set was used in opening and cleaning circulation widely.The structure speciality of CCH high effective automatic sorting profile fiber machine and setting principles & function of each parameter were introduced.The main parameters of CCH high effective automatic sorting profile fiber machine include lighting illumination,opeoing time & delay time of jet nozzle air cock and so on.Configuring the main processing parameters reasonably has evident influence on profile fiber checking rate,so in the production the processing parameters should be set according to the practice.更多还原
