【摘要】 为了加强对浆纱工序用浆量的控制,准确、快捷地下达浆纱工艺,设计了浆料配方及浆纱工艺计算机管理程序。根据剩余浆配方与新配方是否相同设计了四种用浆量计算方法,以充分利用剩余浆,节约成本;并将浆料配方、浆纱工艺输入计算机管理程序,设定修改权限,便于进行质量跟踪管理,并提高了纺织企业的信息化管理程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 To strengthen the control of size dose and get exact sizing processing quickly,computer management program of size mixture formula and sizing processing was designed.To use the surplus size and save cost,calculation methods of four kinds of size dose were designed according to consistency of surplus size mixture formula and new size mixture formula.Size mixture formula and sizing processing were inputted in computer,and modification was authorized,it is feasible for the following quality management,and the information management level of textile enterprise was enhanced.更多还原
