【摘要】 梳棉机针布的配置直接影响到梳理质量,为了实现合理的针布配套选择,根据国内外针布生产厂和有关高产梳棉机生产实际中所确立的配套经验,设计了一个梳棉机针布配套专家系统。该系统建立了一个包含国内外主要针布生产厂几乎所有梳棉机各种针布参数的数据库,可以根据不同型号梳棉机、纺纱品种、产量及针布的使用寿命等因素进行针布配套,可提供针布参数数据分析功能等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Card cloth complement influence the carding quality,card cloth mating expert system of carding machine was designed according to the mating experiences of card cloth mill and high output carding machine in the practice at home and abroad.The system established the database of each card cloth parameters in main mill at home and abroad,it can mate card cloth according to different type carding machine,spinning variety,output,service life of card cloth and other factors.The system can provide data analyses function of card cloth.更多还原
