SCV-Ⅲ型竹节纱装置工艺设计
Processing Design of SCV-Ⅲ Slubby Yarn Set
【摘要】 为开发CJ14.5tex竹节纱、CJ9.7tex竹节纱,在FA502型细纱机上配套安装了SCV-Ⅲ型竹节纱装置进行纺纱实践。分析了竹节纱竹节粗度、竹节间距及竹节长度规格参数的设计方法,对实际纱号、前罗拉速度、竹节纱捻度、产量进行了计算和设计。指出:设计竹节周期和竹节间距等工艺参数时,应反复验算不能出现倍数关系或接近倍数关系,避免出现竹节的规律性排列,以提高竹节纱产品的布面效果。
【Abstract】 For developing CJ 14.5tex slubby yarn and CJ 9.7 tex slubby yarn, SCV-Ⅲ slubby yarn set was set in FA502 spinning frame to spinning. The design methods of specification parameters of slub count, slub space and slub length were analyzed. Actual yarn count, speed of front roller, twist of slubby yarn and output were calculated and designed. The practice shows——to enhance the product effect, in the course of designing the slub period, slub space and other processing parameters were designed, multiple relation should not generate to avoid the regular arrangement of the slub, so the calculation is done time after time.
