【摘要】 为了在普通多臂织机上开发花形较大、装饰效果较强的提花织物,进行了织物组织的设计、经纬纱排列方式及穿综和穿筘方法的优选;通过在分条整经、绞纱上浆及提花织造等各工艺流程严格控制经纱张力,合理设计各工序工艺参数、采取相应的技术措施,在经过改造的多臂织机上设计开发出了纯棉提花色织产品;所开发的产品具有较好的装饰效果及实物质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fabric stitch design, arrangement way of warp & weft, processing of drafting & reed-in were optimized for developing the jacquard fabric which has bigger pattern and stronger decorative effect in dobby loom. Pure cotton jacquard colored product was developed in innovative dobby loom by controlling warp tension, designing processing parameters of each process, adopting relative technique measures in each technology circulation such as section warping, hand sizing and jacquard weaving.
