【Abstract】 NCT is the instrument to test trash in carding web online, it can test the numbers of neps,cottonseeds and impurities of per gram web quickly and conveniently,based on the test result,parameters of weight per 5 meters,speed and gauge of carding machine was optimized,and the product quality was advanced.Optimizing test of technology parameters was done in DK903 carding machine by using NCT,and the numbers of carding trashes were controlled.更多还原
