【摘要】 目的探讨自身抗体对自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)患者血型鉴定的影响。方法用D IANA全自动血型仪对23例AIHA患者进行ABO、Rh(D)血型常规定型及氯喹放散实验后定型,同时进行直、间接抗人球蛋白试验。结果ABO受干扰者13例,正定型均为AB型,氯喹放散后能正确定型。23例直抗均为阳性,间抗阳性更易出现在ABO血型正反定不符病例中。23例患者中无Rh(D)阴性者。结论AIHA患者的自身抗体干扰血型鉴定,需采用多种技术才能正确鉴定血型,确保输血安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effect of autoantibody on identification of ABO and RhD blood group in patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA).Methods The blood samples of 23 patients with AIHA were identified by routine typing and typing after chloroquine elution test on DIANA auto instrument.Direct and indirect antiglobulin test were done in the same time.Results Thirteen cases of ABO blood group were difficultly typed,all were AB.The blood group of these cases were typed correctly by chloroquine elution test.All direct antiglobulin test were positive and higher frequency of the positive results in indirect antiglobulin test appeared in the cases those ABO blood group difficultly typed.There were no RhD(-) patient in the 23 cases.Conclusion Blood group identification of patients with AIHA can be interefered by autoantibody,and the correct typing for blood group of these patients may be determined by using combination of several methods to ensure safe transfusion.更多还原
