【摘要】 目的探讨头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床特征,提高其诊疗水平。方法回顾分析1994~2005年收治的22例头颈部神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料。结果男15例,女7例,年龄2~75岁。肿瘤原发部位:舌部5例,颈部10例,面部3例,腮腺4例。全部病例行均手术切除肿瘤。术后病理确诊良性22例。经随访,复发2例,再次手术治愈。结论神经鞘瘤多为单发,术前诊断困难,确诊有赖于术后病理。肿瘤包膜完整,易于完整摘除,手术为有效的治疗方法,术中应尽量保留神经的完整性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of neurolemmoma in head and neck by exploring its clinical features.Methods Twenty-two cases of neurolemmoma were reviewed retrospectively from1994 to 2005.Results Fifteen cases were male and 7 cases were female.The age was 2～75 years old.The primary positions of neurolemmoma were tongue(5 cases),neck(10 cases),face(3 cases),parotid(4 cases).All patients were cured by surgical treatment.The correct diagnosis relyed on pathological slice after operation. Twenty-two cases were all benign.Two cases were recurrent during the following-up observation and no recurrence occured after second operation.Conclusion Single tumor was the most common in neurolemmoma.It is difficult pre-operation.Correct diagnosis rely on clinical pathology.Surgical procedure is the effective way for neurolemmoma.Because of the intact membrane,it is easy for extirpation.During operation,we should protect the nerve at best.更多还原
