【摘要】 目的评价AO解剖钢板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法从2002年3月~2004年10月,36例严重跟骨骨折病人,按Sanders分型:Ⅲ型24例足;Ⅳ型12例,采用AO解剖钢板及髂骨(或人工骨)植骨进行有限坚强内固定。通过手术将后跟距关节面解剖复位,恢复B hler角和G issane角。结果按M aryland足部评分系统评估术后功能,优良率88.9%。结论AO解剖钢板是治疗严重跟骨骨折的一种理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of AO calcaneal anatomic plate in treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods From Mar.2002 to Dec.2004,36 cases of serious calcaneal fracture were treated by open reduction and limited rigid internal fixation with AO calcaneal anatomic plate and iliac(or artificial bone)graft.According to Sanders’ classification:24 feet of type Ⅲ and 12 feet of type Ⅳ.The posterior subtalar afcet were reducted anatomically,and Bhler’s angle,Gissane’s angle reserved.Results The patients were evaluated according to the Maryland foot score.The total excellent and good rate was 88.9%.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with AO calcaneal anatomic plate is a better choice to treat serious calcaneal fracture.更多还原
