【摘要】 目的探讨脾叶/段动脉结扎术在脾损伤手术中的应用。方法自2001年~2005年4月对20例外伤性脾破裂患者行脾叶/段动脉结扎加修补术。结果全部治愈,术后随访3个月~4年,脾脏CT检查结果均较满意。结论只要遵循脾脏治疗的基本原则,脾叶/段动脉结扎术可明显提高外伤性保脾的成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of splenic lobar artery or splenic segment artery ligation in the treatment of splenic injury.Methods Twenty patients with traumatic splenic repture were treated with splenic lobar artery or splenic segment artery ligation and salvage operation from 2001 to 2005.Results All patients were curred.Three months~4 years after the operation,the results of CT was satisfactory.Conclusion As long as the foremost principle of splenic treatment are seized,splenic lobar artery or splenic segment artery ligation can increase the success rate of traumatic splenic repture surgery.更多还原
