【摘要】 目的探讨埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)临床应用的一些要点问题,如植入术的技术关键点、诊疗方案的设置原则、随访中的注意事项等。方法选择5例恶性室性心律失常患者植入ICD,并随访。结果5例患者植入术均获成功,4例患者的ICD均能正确处理心率失常,1例患者术后出现误诊、误治,调整ICD诊疗方案后工作正常。结论除颤阈值测试、诊疗方案设置、严密随访是ICD临床应用的要点所在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate some main problems of clinical application of implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD),such as key points of implanting technology,the principle of diagnosis and treatment,and main points of follow-up.Methods Five patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia were implanted ICDs and were followed up closely.Results All of five patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia were implanted ICDs successfully.Four of five ICDs could deal with arrhythmia successfully.Another case was misdiagnosed and mistreated after operation.But it had worked correctly after we regulated the projects for its diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion To test defibrillation threshold,to draw up the projects for diagnosis and treatment,and to follow up closely are the main points of clinical usage of ICD.更多还原
