【摘要】 目的探讨应用两种耳支架联合扩张器法行耳廓再造的方法,并进行对比分析。方法分别采用自体肋软骨和M edpor多孔聚乙烯作为耳支架行耳廓再造38例。结果38例中35例再造效果理想,其中采用自体肋软骨支架外露1例,经二次手术修整后,效果满意;采用M edpor支架外露2例,其中1例经二次手术修整后,效果满意,另1例发生排斥反应,后取出支架,手术失败。结论自体肋软骨和M edpor两种耳支架联合扩张器法行耳廓再造是目前较为理想的耳再造方法;根据患者具体情况,恰当选择术式,均可达到满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the methodology of the ear reconstruction using two auricle framework joint expanded skin.Then compared and analyzed the two methods.Methods Using autologous rib cartilage and Medpor material as ear framework,38 cases of ear reconstruction were performed.Results In 38 congenital microtia,35 cases got satisfactory appearance of new ears.Cartilage framework appeared in one case,followed operating reparr once more got satisfactory appearance.The exposure of Medpor framework occurred in 2 cases.One got satisfactory through operating repair again,the ofher failure.Conclusion Now the methods of the ear reconstruction using two autologous rib cartilage and Medpor material as ear framework joint expanded skin were successful.更多还原
