【摘要】 介绍了ERP的概念,ERP的发展历程及其功能组成。详细地论述了在机械制造企业中实施ERP的必要性和实施过程中应注意的问题,最后分析了ERP的发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The concept,development course and the functional compose of ERP are introduced.The necessity and questions which should be noticed of ERP’s implement in the manufacturing company of machinery are explained detailedly.Finally,the development trend of ERP is analysed.
