【Abstract】 Mechanical seals with micro-pores face are new type ones.Micro-pores are etched on one face of the seal.They have excellent lubricating ability and good seal performance,which have been applied to pumps in petro-chemical industrial fields successfully.The typical structures,the working principle,the development and the latest progress in research and applications in chemical pumps are concisely presented in this paper.更多还原
