【摘要】 目的:研究脑缺血与TGF-β1的关系及刺五加总黄酮和针刺联合治疗作用。方法:通过建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型(MCAO),用免疫组化的方法,测定模型组(A组)、针刺组(B组)、总黄酮组(C组)、针药结合组(D组)、正常对照组(E组)TGF-β1的表达。结果:梗死灶中心区无明显TGF-β1阳性染色。与E组比较,A、B、C、D组明显增加,有明显差异(P<0.01);与B、C组比较,D组表达更明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:刺五加总黄酮和针刺能提高TGF-β1蛋白表达,减少脑缺血区细胞凋亡的发生。针药结合治疗有良好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship of ischemic cerebral disease with TGF-β1 and the effect of acupuncture and total flavones of Acanthpanacis Senticosi.Methods:The rats were divided into 5 groups: model control group(group A),acupuncture treatment group(group B),total flavones group(group C),Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine group(group D) and normal control group(groupE).To observe the expression of TGF-β1.Results:No significant TGF-β1 expression was detected in the core ofinfarction.Contrary to group E,TGF-β1 of group A,B,C,D is expressed increasely(P<0.01).Compared with group B and C,group D was more obvious(P<0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture and Total flavones of Acanthpanacis Senticosi can increase the expression of TGF-β1 and diminish apoptosis of ischemic cerebra,and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has significant effect.更多还原
