牛膝多糖对脑外伤大鼠脑组织中ROS、XOD和MPO影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨牛膝多糖对实验性脑外伤大鼠脑组织中氧化应激指标ROS、XOD和MPO的影响,以寻求治疗和预防脑外伤后继发性改变的新方法。方法:建立脑外伤大鼠模型,分别在外伤后不同时相观察正常组,模型组,牛膝多糖高、中、低剂量治疗组大鼠脑组织中ROS,XOD和MPO的变化。结果:在不同时相牛膝多糖治疗组大鼠脑组织中ROS,XOD和MPO活性显著低于模型组(P<0.05),高、中剂量治疗组与低剂量治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:牛膝多糖能够降低脑组织中ROS、XOD和MPO活性,提高大鼠的抗氧化能力,从而延缓和防治脑外伤发展,故可用于治疗和预防脑外伤后的二次损伤和多次损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of achyranthis polysaccharides on the influence of oxidative stress of rats with cerebral trauma.and to find the new way to treat and prevent it’s second change.Methods:After making the cerebral trauma model,we observe the change of ROS and XOD and MPO in the rats’ brain tissue at different time in each group.Results:At different time,the activity of ROS and XOD and MPO in the operated groups rats’ brain tissue is remarkably lower than the model group rats’(P<0.05),there was significant diffe rence bewteen the high-dose,middle-dose groups rats and low-dose group rats.Conclusion:Achyranthis polysaccharides can decrease the activity of ROS and XOD and MPO,and can elevate the ability of antioxidation.So it can delay and prevent the development of cerebral trauma and can be used toprevent and cure secondary disease and multiple affection.
