【摘要】 目的探讨高浓度孕激素对卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910体外生长的作用。方法用细胞凋亡检测试剂盒判定细胞凋亡,用光镜、电镜观察细胞变化。结果孕激素浓度为200、500ng/mL时,对细胞的生长影响与对照组比较无显著差异;孕激素浓度为1000、2000、3000、4000、5000ng/mL时,与对照组比较有显著差异。结论高浓度孕素对卵巢癌细胞株HO-8910的生长有抑制作用,呈剂量依赖效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The study was carried out to investigate the effects of progesterone at high concentrations on the proliferation of ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910 in vitro.Methods:Apoptotic cells were determined by In Situ Cell Death Detection Kit,POD,and morphological changes of cells were observed by light and electron microscopy.Results:At the concentrations(progesterone =200,500 ng/mL) the cells had no significant differences compared withthe control groups; At the concentrations(progesterone=1000,2000,3000,4000,5000ng/mL)the inhibitive effects of progesterone were obvious compared with the control groups.Conclusion:At high concentrations(≥1000ng/mL),the inhibitive effects of progesterone were obvious,and there was an dose-response relationship.更多还原
